The coaches and staff at SOTA are amazing and patient. I had an easy time with the program. I have read elsewhere that some consider it expensive, and compared to other programs it can be, but SOTA succeeded where so many other plans I tried failed. It was worth every penny. I am getting ready to go on maintenance after a sixteen week program. I couldn't believe how my before/after pictures looked! WOW! I'll be sticking with SOTAs maintenance program for the rest of my life. SOTA rocks!

The entire staff at the Westside of Fort Worth facility are awesome beyond belief. So helpful, so knowledgeable, always willing to answer questions and even though I did not need any additional modifications to lose weight.
