The positive attitude is a big plus for me.
Went in for my monthly maintenance weigh in and was worried about gaining a few pounds. Come to find out, I was down a little bit. Overall body had come down as well. Discussed my concerns and how to manage the scales. Was given some sound advise on how to keep from making this mental part from taking over all my thoughts. Once again the Fort Worth Office was there when I needed them
