Everyone has been so helpful and genuinely concerned about my weight situation. Not only with me but with my wife who asks the best questions. I love SOTA have lost over 35 pounds in my first 5 weeks and if you just follow the plan this program works and is easy to do.
If you follow instructions it works! I’m ready to go into maintenance mode.
I am just beginning the program but I have already benefited. I am a type 2 diabetic and have been able to stop taking insulin shots and reduce another diabetes pill. My blood sugar levels have stabilized in the good range. The food program has made all the difference for my condition. I have only lost 10 lbs at this point but I see more weight loss in my future. The staff at SOTA Weight Loss in Fort Worth is beyond AMAZING!!! I have always struggled with my weight and no matter what way I attempted to manage my weight was never a success to a healthy body!
