This program has been a life changer! This is my one-year anniversary since making goal weight. Lost 85 lbs. and feeling great!! Yes, I’ve had to make some major nutritional changes. And I miss some of those old comfort foods that I used to eat. But I don’t miss the lack of energy or the fatness that was just dragging me down!
