This program has been a godsend for me! The food is delicious which makes it very easy to stay on track. I've tried many of the online recipes and they are amazing. I can't say enough about the counselors. They are always very encouraging and ready to celebrate your weight loss victories with you. I cannot recommend this program highly enough!
So far I am in Week 5 of the program and have lost 20 lbs abs everyone is so nice and helpful and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Now that I am working from home I am watching more TV than normal. When I hear the commercials about weight loss programs I question their validity for sustainability. SOTA has been the only program I have tried (and I have tried many) where I have changed the way I eat and what I eat.
