Wonderful staff and experience
I started the SOTA Weight Loss program one week ago at the Southlake location and I just returned home from my first weigh-in meeting with awesome news... I have already lost 4 pounds!! I am very pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the food and didn't have any hungry moments throughout the week. Even better, the staff at the Southlake location are phenomenal!! They are extremely supportive. I received multiple calls throughout the week from them asking how I was doing and if I needed anything or had any questions.... read more
Have and will continue to recommend SOTA. I have learned much and will never accept being overweight again.
Reminders of appointments would be good. And when you meet someone new it would be good if they introduced themselves.

Love this program. I have lost around 40 pounds so far. My sugar and bread cravings are gone. I enjoy healthy foods now . Now my maintenance journey begins. The staff make it easy to understand and to follow.
Super program, I have done many in the past, this is the first one that worked for me or maybe I should say, a program that I liked so much that I could follow it. It enabled me to be able to work the program. I did not have hungers on this diet and they make it so easy and that it takes away the element of cheating on a diet that plagued me in past.
