Very welcoming and relatable
The staff is wonderful! They will make sure you understand the program before you walk out the door. All the information you need is in a folder designed for you to take home with easy to follow instructions. I felt comfortable at SOTA and I am eager to get on my way to losing weight with the help of these great people at SOTA Weight Loss!
