the nutritionist went through the process and explained everything well. The cost was just more than I was able to pay.
Good zoom experience with counselor explaining the process!! Price was only hindrance so on a different weight loss journey now.
Nice people but the program was over-sold to me. My expectations were higher than they should have been, and I paid for the higher expectations. So it was kind of a double whammy in my mind.

Great first visit. A little shocked by the cost but results will be worth it.
So far this weight loss program is working, but what you are permitted to eat is horrible. And of all the weight loss programs out there of similar style (Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, NutriSystem, etc.) it is by far the most expensive. How good this plan is will depend on if it helps you not put the weight back on. Main draw back to SOTA is the staff sets your weight loss goal (you basically have no input) and until you achieve the goal they have set for you, you have to keep paying $275 a week.
It is very uncomfortable that your staff can wear only a face shield versus a mask. Face shields alone are not approved by the CDC in acceptable PPE. They do not keep the employees or customers safe if the employee sneezes or coughs. Not does it keep the employees wearing only the face shield safe. The Dallas mandate does not list a face shield as acceptable PPE. Covid is a serious situation and your company is not adhering to keeping your staff or clients safe.

Again it seems like a real struggle for your employees to wear a mask and wear it properly. The gal at the front desk had it under nose and then under her chin. Two others were not wearing one. That office is not very big so this is makes me very uncomfortable. Please have them abide by the mandate to wear a mask and wear it properly. It is very unprofessional. For the amount of money we pay we expect a safe and professional environment.
