Good energy and support at the onset but it fizzled out over time. I used food from Whole Foods right from the start which helped. The accountability was strong early and the food log was helpful. Having a different coach each week made it hard to keep momentum and accountability for me. Made it 2/3 of the way to my goal.

It works in the short run, but I am not sure about their claims that this diet is any better than any other diet at keeping the weight off. The food is horrible and the program is very expensive ($275 a week until you hit the goal weight they set for you).

the nutritionist went through the process and explained everything well. The cost was just more than I was able to pay.

Good zoom experience with counselor explaining the process!! Price was only hindrance so on a different weight loss journey now.

Nice people but the program was over-sold to me. My expectations were higher than they should have been, and I paid for the higher expectations. So it was kind of a double whammy in my mind.

So far this weight loss program is working, but what you are permitted to eat is horrible. And of all the weight loss programs out there of similar style (Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, NutriSystem, etc.) it is by far the most expensive. How good this plan is will depend on if it helps you not put the weight back on. Main draw back to SOTA is the staff sets your weight loss goal (you basically have no input) and until you achieve the goal they have set for you, you have to keep paying $275 a week.

It is very uncomfortable that your staff can wear only a face shield versus a mask. Face shields alone are not approved by the CDC in acceptable PPE. They do not keep the employees or customers safe if the employee sneezes or coughs. Not does it keep the employees wearing only the face shield safe. The Dallas mandate does not list a face shield as acceptable PPE. Covid is a serious situation and your company is not adhering to keeping your staff or clients safe.
