I’ll be honest, I’ve never pursued a meal program before and this has been straight forward and if followed precisely it DOES work. I lost 40 pounds over three months. It was a little hard at the start, but after a week or so I settled into the program. In maintenance now for a couple of weeks. And holding steady, even after the Christmas holidays The support team is very helpful with adjusting for your individual preferences
