The Sota program is excellent,. it is a great guide for weight loss. The nutritionists are very supportive.
Good on support weekly, not sure how well you do on how to maintain weight, could be better
I have lost almost 40 lbs and feel wonderful!! Everyone feels like family and are so encouraging and going beyond changes in my eating habits to further my progress.

This program works
Years of weight gain combined with Covid lockdowns did not help. Finally just walked into SOTA and a few weeks later I’m back to my old self. 15 lbs and counting. The staff at the Hillcrest location are amazing. ♥️♥️
