As previously, still so grateful for the program and the changes I continue to see in my overall health and looks. BLood pressure remains well undre control, and continue to receive compliments on the lost weight. Blake helps us continually with suggestions and positive support each month.
Down from 255 to 200 and still holding right at my goal weight. I started in October 2022. It is important for me to weigh in monthly to help with my maintenance!!!
