This plan worked great! I needed to lose 30 pounds and I did that in 6 weeks. I have and would recommend SOTA to anyone wanting to lose weight.

I’m on my way to my target and I’ve lost 65 pounds so far. I started SOTA on my birthday when I turned 52. Prior to starting the SOTA program, I didn’t have the energy to make meals and ate a lot of delivery and fast food. I just couldn’t. Staff always very friendly and kind. They answer all my questions and explain everything. I lost weight and they were helpful in my goal to keep it off.
Fantastic!! I'm down 25 lbs in 4 1/2 weeks. I expect to hit my goal in another 3 weeks. This has been easier than I expected. I believe It's because I was mentally ready to drop the weight. The food is great and the support from SOTA has been quick and encouraging. I've never tried another weight loss program, so I have nothing to compare this to, but I would highly recommend it. Very happy with my weight loss. Marissa in the Plano location is helpful and encouraging since I started 10 weeks ago. I like the products a lot. I am no longer taking blood pressure medicine because of the weight loss. I did communicate this to my doctor and he agreed.
