The staff is great! They are so good about contacting me every week to discuss my progress or lack of progress, but so far, I have lost 16 and 1/2 pounds in four weeks. I'm thrilled about my progress so far. It was hard at first, but I'm getting the hang of this program. I will stick with the program until I reach my goal. Thanks SOTA!
