Great start, am waiting on the initial food packet and have been pleased with the support I have received so far!
I am on my 2nd day and the food selection is AWESOME!! Loved reading all the material that helped me in my grocery shopping. Also, since I am on the road quite a bit - Many fast food restaurants as well as other food chains that help with my choice selections. After 2 days already down 2 lbs. YEAH!!!!

I'm five weeks into the program and 25 pounds down. If I walked more, I'm sure it would be down a bit more. The staff is friendly, the food is decent. I'm back to cooking again and my wife loves that for sure! No more Doordash, Favor, etc. for pizza and Dairy Queen. I've found it's easy after the first week to just follow the plan and stick to it. It really does work.
