I Love the SOTA Team in Plano. I was at 200 lbs over 2 1/2 years ago. With the support of my wife Martha and the SOTA Team I’m now at 145 lbs (lost 3 shirt sizes and 4 pant sizes)!! The 1 thing also that I attribute it to was staying on the Maintenance Plan after the weight loss. It’s what keeps me in check. I recommend SOTA to all my friends and family. #changedmylife #SOTAPlano

Supportive and understanding of our needs, challenges, and successes. Most of all were not condescending and essentially cheerleaders for our goals and now maintenance. Telling all our friends and especially those that ask about the program.

So far I have lost 20.1 lbs with the amazing help from the Staff! They are so welcoming, friendly and supportive! Even when I didn’t have a good week I didn’t feel I failed!!!! They asked questions and gave 100 support and assured you next week would be better! It was ALWAYS Supportive words and made me realize how to think more positive! Granted, it may be expensive but, when you have that you have more incentive!
