Although I only wanted to lose 10 lbs, this absolutely works -- even at the age of 70! It's amazing how much just 10 lbs can make you feel younger and more energetic. And, yes, it's a bit pricey, but so was the thought of buying a size up in clothing so that I wasn't so uncomfortable in my clothes.
I have lost 27 pounds (of the 50 I want to lose) in 8 weeks! Is it easy to say “no” to the donuts and bagels at work? No. Is it cheap? No. Is it working though? Heck yes! There is structure and accountability. I tried every other system and this is the only one that has worked for me. ~23 pounds left and I think it’s completely possible!
I let go of the 40 extra pounds that I have been carrying for most of my life. I was 260 lbs, working out 4-5 times a week and thought I was eating healthy but could never shed those extra pounds; constant plateau and yo-yo. With SOTA, I have changed my eating habits and what I eat. It is so easy to follow but you have to follow. I was able to drop 5 lbs a week. Only regret is that I hadn't done it sooner! Adrianna was a great counsellor!
I will start by saying that I was skeptical about how the system works and also the price. I am starting my 4th week down 15 pounds and feeling good. The resources are fantastic from the people I work with to the recipes available.Once you get organized with planning meals and exercising everything starts to fall in place. I’m 66yrs old so 30 minutes walk a day is beginning to become more aggressive.I would recommend this program to anyone.
Very friendly and motivational
I took a couple weeks off for an international trip and only gained back 3 lbs - without using many of the SOTA products as it was not convenient other than the bars and some of the quick fix drinks. I also walked everywhere and that helped. I have 10 lbs to go to reach my weight and I am back on the plan now upon my return. I was able to wear clothes I hadn't fit into in several years - during my recent trip. that felt really good. The program has worked well for me and I feel good physically and mentally as a result
Just visited SOTA for my monthly maintenance visit. I started the program in March 2022 and went on maintenance in August 2022. Maintenance is a great idea as it creates accountability. Anyway, I am still on target weight and the nutritionist looked at my record and in the last 12 months, I was up ONE pound! Very pleased and highly recommend taking advantage of the free maintenance program once you achieve your goal.
