Amanda my coach and Luciana my nutritionist were both very helpful and friendly and understood my desperate need to start with this big change in my life and they were to get my food shipped fast on the next day. They sent me the text to get me started asap with audios and vids and all the access I may use to keep me sticking to my goals and to keep positive.
I started about a month ago and have dropped 12 lbs so far. I am so excited and pleased with my results so far. My clothes fit better and I feel better. The staff is amazing and very knowledgable. I would recommend this to anyone who really is serious about loosing wait.

I was up 20-25 lbs and tried everything to lose weight. The information in the public forum was confusing and misaligned. SOTA provided me with 100% of the correct education on weight loss and nutrition. It's more of an education program than a weight loss program. With a few tweaks and food provided, I lost 20 pounds in 10 weeks.
