I enrolled into the SOTA program about 14 months agao. The 15 lbs that I could never lose rolled off like nothing. Hitting my target weight of 170, at 70 years old make a lot of sense for multiple reasons. Then, because I became smarter about what to eat and why, I've maintained that weight since, with 3 lb fluctuaitons. Thanks SOTA for improving my health and qualtiy of life! Steve
