I am 68 going on 69 years of age, heard the program advertised on the radio. I have been trying to lose weight for years, have had success, until I tell myself it is OK to eat whatever. Needless to say, the weight always came back-plus some! Anyway, I was listening to the radio, the guy talking had lost weight, and the program had him keeping it off. I am now 4 months later, 25 lbs. down from 200 to 175 that I took off in 6 weeks, and enjoying a body that no longer feels/looks like I just ate everything in site!

I heard about SOTA on KOA radio in Denver. I have never been on a diet before, but at 73 years old, the need had arrived. I was at a high of 207 lbs, and started the program at 203 lbs. At 61 years of age, and as a female, I knew that the weight would come off slower than when I was younger, but it has been consistent, and I am seeing results and there is nothing better to help you remain committed. The staff is very organized, shares great tips and updates to help us stay motivated!
4 weeks, lost 22 lbs. 50 more to go. Not hard, not easy. Like SOTA says, you have to be ready to loose, the program helps you do that. Accountability with Marissa's team (Blake & Iffy) is a key for me.
