The one on one counseling was key!
The accountability is what keeps me on track. Knowing I'm going to have a conversation with my coach monthly or more often helps me focus on my long term goals. Thanks Amanda and Brenda for the words of encouragement.
I wanted to try see if I could lose 20 pounds at this stage of my life, 80 years old. I've been trying to lose these same 20 pounds for many years. WW helped, but it never completed the job. Though I found this program 'extreme', it really did help me. I found success after three months. I've always been a slow 'loser' and this plan really worked for me.
