I’ll be honest, I’ve never pursued a meal program before and this has been straight forward and if followed precisely it DOES work. I’m down almost 20 lbs so far, and this includes enduring over two holidays. I feel good about myself especially during some life challenges where I realize I only have control over me….
I am continuing on the maintenance program with great success. From a high of 207 to 183, I’m thrilled with the results and the team.
Friendly staff
I lost 40 pounds over three months. It was a little hard at the start, but after a week or so I settled into the program. In maintenance now for a couple of weeks. And holding steady, even after the Christmas holidays The support team is very helpful with adjusting for your individual preferences
