It has gone as planned, I have lost my weight according to my schedule. I am glad this worked well for me. I am looking forward to seeing how the maintenance phase works out. I think will be the most important step.

Unfortunately I didn't have the success that many people did
I received my launch package from SOTA the day after I paid in full May 17. I understood I could set my own start date which I intended to be June 1. I planned to loose 10 lbs prior to officially beginning the 12 week program because I knew it was mathematically impossible to reach my 47 lb goal but I could possibly reach a 37 pound goal. I lost 8 pounds on my own but on June 1 my nutritionist informed me my start date would be the date I received and started using the products. Disappointing. I did well on the program... read more
