In the past I have tried many Doctor prescribed weight loss treatments and other ways to lose weight. Sota is the only one that has truly helped me lose weight in the proper way. The personal touch from the Nutritionist has been a great help. I recommend it to everyone that I meet who are struggling with their weight.
My SOTA mentor is so understanding and encouraging. She offers great tweaks to help me feel full but continue to lose weight.
This was a scam. I paid $25 up from and after wasting 30 min of my time asking a number of personal questions, the price for the program was revealed and it was ridiculous. This is a total scam. I will tell as many people as possible to not waster their time and/or money.

Didn’t feel like my allergies to foods and intolerances were addressed well enough to understand what SOTA products would be safe for me . It’s important to understand this more clearly, especially to justify spending the lowest cost of $312 a week on SOTA products. Also, I really didn’t need time spent on telling me nursing homes are full of women, nor to be told how much 60 pounds of extra weight can feel if I carry a 60 pound bag of potatoes.
Follow the program and the weight comes off. The weekly phone consultation is invaluable. Love my coach!!!
I love Sota and especially my coach, Victoria, who inspired and encouraged me! I needed to lose weight that snuck up on me for my son’s wedding! I was surprised how easy it was!! It was very easy to stay on the regime and I’m now starting my maintenance phase!
