I love Sota and especially my coach, Victoria, who inspired and encouraged me! I needed to lose weight that snuck up on me for my son’s wedding! I was surprised how easy it was!! It was very easy to stay on the regime and I’m now starting my maintenance phase!

The guidance and communication throughout the process was great. I was always able to get my questions answered in a timely way never feeling that I was left along to go at it by myself. The followup on the maintenance program feels the same. Having the followup conversations has helped me stay on track with a proper healthy diet. I don't ever feel like I have gone without.
