You showed me how to lose the weight easily and you were always encouraging - showing me all of the tricks to continue the weight loss. I lost 30 pounds in just over 3 months and have kept the weight off. Monthly check-in phone calls help me to stay on track.

Yeruselum is hands down an angel from heaven. Been off my diet 3 years now and still at my desired weight . I look forward to her call each month and do my best to be accountable to her.
