I am so happy and grateful with my results at SOTA. I have achieved my goal of losing 40 pounds in 20 weeks. My weight loss was consistent every week about 1.5—2 LlBS/ week. The entire staff is super friendly and professional. Thank you so much Jerusalem who has been my coach at the SOTA for your support and teaching me how and what to eat. Explaining to me healthy options and always available to answer my questions and texts and checking on me.
You showed me how to lose the weight easily and you were always encouraging - showing me all of the tricks to continue the weight loss. I lost 30 pounds in just over 3 months and have kept the weight off. Monthly check-in phone calls help me to stay on track.
