Just getting started. LIke the positive encouragement.
I start the program tomorrow but everything up to this point has been great.
SOTA is the best. When I am struggling Jerusalem motivates me with ideas and strategies to improve upon what I am doing . She reminds me of the tools I can use such as recipes and on line information to help me keep going- stronger. Everyone at SOTA is ready to help when I call or text with questions. The positive environment when I go in to be weighed and counseled is extremely helpful. I cannot really say enough about how great SOTA is.

At this time last year I was 45 pounds heavier. I remember how difficult the end of the year was year after year being over weight. I would encourage others to use the SOTA program if possible because at the age of 52, it worked for me. In less than 6 moths I have reached my goal weight and been successfully keeping it off.
They continue to keep me grounded in a very understanding way. I have been through a tough situation that they continue to give me strength with kindness and understanding.
