So far everyone I have spoken with has been very helpful and friendly. I have not received my box of food yet so I have not actually started the diet, but am anxious to start and begin losing weight.

This is the easiest plan to follow! My goal was to lose 20 lbs in 10 weeks and I did it! I continued with another 4 more weeks and have lost a total of 28 lbs and I've just started maintenance. Love Victoria, who is the greatest coach ever! Yes it's expensive and you have to be very disciplined and do EXACTLY what they tell you but it works! Best decision I have ever made! If you really are on the fence about it, JUST DO IT!
To date , SOTA has been the best weight loss experience I have had. In addition to nearly achieving my goal after 4 weeks, I have learned so much about nutrition that I am confident I will be able to sustain it after the program is complete in 3 weeks. Highly recommended.
