I called ahead to say my dog could not walk so please have room avail. they said will do. I called to say be there in aprox 10 min. they said ready. I got there no one knew, not ready. So wait for 20 min. Did not want to weigh dog before saw vet. Made my reservation for my dog to stay here for a weekend two months in advance, i show up for her stay and they had lost the reservation. I also called the day before to ask what documentation i needed to bring for her enrollment for the pet hotel, left a voicemail and no one got back to me. I wasn't very impressed that they didn't have a good space for dogs to just roam when they wanted or needed. They are taken out by leash every few hours.
