Really liked this place in the past, but sadly they went to hell with their ability to diagnose and provide competent care. Let me explain, took our dog there and without running a blood panel, prescribed 3 medications including Rymadil. Took our dog back after a week, where they "then decided" to run a blood panel (which they should have done a week earlier). TLDR; Go anywhere else. woof... (pun intended). What a nightmare the experience with this staff was. Shame on me for not checking reviews before taking our family dog in. A quick scan of the reviews would have saved me from the incompetence, unprofessionalism, and arrogance which seems to be a theme. In less than 48 hours I was charged for 2 exams. The first time we went there everyone was sooooooooo nice so we decided to take another dog there. We tried to get a appointment on the phone to get the Xray for my dog. We were on hold for 30 mins just to be told "You can google it" Thank you for that helpful advice.

SCAM ARTIST! Took my cat here to get a lump on her ear looked at the first appointment they quoted one price for biopsy then I came back a week later and the price changed. We've been trusting the care of our fur family for over a decade. We had been happy with the service until recently. The feeling that they care for our dog has been lacking. And over the weekend the Vet didn't mention the side effects of a heartworm prevention medication until after our dog was returned to us. I would like to start off by saying my family, my friends and I lost an amazing best friend on Vetrans Day 2019. Hef, my sons dog which became my dog was laid to rest at home with his entire family by his side. This was such an amazing dog that we were able to have in our lives for 15 years. I am sad to say that I am not happy with the treatment that I have received here. Today, the receptionist treated me as if I were an inconvenience. My dog was in pain from several tooth extractions that were done here and he needed pain medicine. After his surgery, I was told to let them know if he needed more pain relief. Ever since we moved to Temecula and I wrote my first review, this place has gone downhill. Whether it's a revolving door of newly minted veterinarians. Or the girl at the front desk, calling you after you left that they forgot one of my babies vaccinations. Like I have nothing to do during the day to schlep my baby back again due to their bad service. The last appointment was canceled at the last minute. There are other good vets in the area. I would stay away from this one.
