I experienced the following: Easy to make appointment, friendly attendant, supportive waiting lounge, wonderful discounts, and complete service.
The regular maintenance took 1.5 hours, which is the same as the last time. Car was washed and placed at the door, easy to drive away.
Had my car ready before I expected. Waiting room is clean and has tables were you can have privacy while doing work. I like the complimentary car wash.
I liked that this place was flexible in letting me reschedule my Oil Change Appointment! The only downside to it was the waiting. But I made sure to entertain myself while I waited I wish you could offer a vacuum and wipe down on the Inside after you brought my Car to the Car Wash!
