Peter Cao met me as soon as I drove up and he sent me by text a telephone number of contact while my car was having oil change and state inspection. I did not have to pay for the state inspection. ( I loved that)
We had an awesome experience with sales representative Walter. He was patient, knowledgable, and transparent. We weren't impressed with the professionalism of other employees at the dealership, like one of the finance guys who was screaming expletives at someone on the phone so loudly that we could hear in a closed office, and we're sure our kids could also hear.
