Excellent service for my 2017 HONDA CR-V

I have two cars that are the same model and they were recommending services for the other car. I asked for this to be corrected based on the VIN but have not received the correct paper work after a few weeks. Still getting email reminders that I have urgent services that are not required on this car which is annoying. Work was fine, logistics and getting the paper work was not. Based on this service, could not recommend them.
timely and friendly service until it came time to pay. They had some technical issue where they did not know what to charge us so we had to wait around for 30 minutes until I finally said look at my history and charge me the same as you did last time for an oil change. This is the first time this has happened but it was super annoying. Vehicle was ready but I could not leave because they did not know how much to charge me. Stupid reason
