I had a sudden urgent engine maintenance issue on my way for a very important trip. I just happened to get off at the very exit where Southpoint Honda was located! Suffice it to say, Briana was compassionate, efficient, and knowledgeable, and I was on my way in a loaner car in less than a half hour. Although the extensive repairs were unexpected and costly, she did everything she could to soften the blow. I was VERY impressed with Southpoint Honda service department.
