Daniel Lavaty was very accomodating, as usual. I had been waiting for a warranty/recall part (fuel pump) and he made sure that I got one of the five that were currently in stock at that time, even though I had battery problems and got to the dealership late.
2nd time I had a great experience. Petar is a great professional Sales Executive, he made me go back for my 2nd vehicle in 2 months. Loiy is also a great finance manager. Great team that helped me there!
Super fast experience, which I appreciate so I could get back to work. However, my "service advisor" was invisible and rude. I expected much better customer service.

I went for one car and when i got there is was sold that morning, i try having an open mind about getting an Honda but didn't see anything i like.
Quick and very organized.. nice area to wait for your car.. i love my service manager Oscar. He helped me save money and get discounts. He also pointed out the needed service recommendations and helped me prioritize from the urgent to less urgent ones so i don't spend so much money all at once. Highly recommended because of my service manger. Very thorough and friendly. He also gave me updates regularly while i was waiting for my car.
