The team was so kind and helpful. They worked with me to make the process seamless. The sales person, Tanya was professional, listened to me, learned what I was looking for in a car and delivered the product. Showed excellence in customer care.
My service representative was extremely helpful and found me a financial discount on my oil change. All major requests were taken care of quite efficiently. However, my computer system was not updated as requested. I know this because my computer constantly reminds me that it needs updating.
My experience was great as usual, there is a lot of great staff working at Southpoint, never had any issues with them.
