They were prompt, thorough, quick and responsible. I feel my vehicle is well maintained, safe and road ready.
Live 1.5 hrs from dealership. The salesman sent me a video of the car. I went the next day and he was not there but had arranged another salesman to help me. It was on Veterans Day and I did not bring my checkbook. Had to go home and return with a check. They worked with me snd were very helpful!
Making appointment was easy. Waiting was comfortable and peaceful. Employees were respectful. Repaired correctly with coupon deals. Got the service done in less than I expected. A low tire pressure light came off the last three times after I got the service done. I was able to reset it so not a big deal. Thank you, Honda service :)

Everything was good. Service was done quickly. New discount package for oil change and tire rotation was offered and purchased.
Opened shop on time and abled to check in at 7:00am. I had 3 service pack and i thought i exhausted all of it. Staff was able to find i had one remaining and I used it to service mine. Overall good experience.
Daniel Lavaty is an outstanding service advisor. Always very helpful and tries to make the process as smooth as he can! Everyone at the dealership is top notch.
