I called Southpoint Honda's Service Department after finding that my car, parked in the parking garage at my apartment in the Warehouse District, was completely dead. Colin answered and gave me the name of a tow service, which unexpectedly arrived quickly. He was unbelievably helpful and kind. Please note: after rotating the tires, please re-check the tire pressure on all four tres. A low tire pressure alert was indicated after my return home.
