Everything was good why complain when it could have been worse
The check-in was quick and the service rep well informed. The initial work and cost (which included some discovery) were clearly laid out. Once there was clarity about fixing the problem, I was notified quickly, in multiple ways (text and email, with an option to call and/or text with the service rep). And while this was going on I was repeatedly offered options of waiting or getting a ride somewhere. Finally, the repair was well done and in a timely manner.
This was a quick visit. Easy in and out.
The technicians were very thorough and communicative. I also appreciated how quickly they completed the work.
My service advisor, Salomon Mendoza, was excellent. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and got me squared away with ease.
