RIDICULOUS that I call first thing in the morning for a child crying with ear pain and he can't even be seen because you're already booked! Happens every time I call too. Done. Switching pediatricians.

I was late 10 minutes to an appointment that they picked for me at 7am and they refused to see my child. I have waited 3 months for a well check appointment just to be sent back home because of 10 minutes. I have been going to them for 16 years and they couldn't make an exception, my child is behind on 2 well checks and they truly don't care. This is the worst pediatric office, if u care for your child's health I recommend u reconsider going here.

Bonita, thank you for the feedback - we understand your frustration. Unfortunately we really have to stick with the 10 minute rule especially during winter months when our schedules are so overbooked with sick children. If we start 10 minutes for the day, it really stacks up. We care deeply for our patients and are sorry that you had such a rough morning - and sorry that sometimes the schedule is too tight to be flexible for late patients.
