Southwest Pediatrics was formed in 2001 by Drs. Jolet, Patil and Rimer. Dr. Wagner joined us in 2011, Dr. Chapa joined us in 2015, and Dr. White in 2018. RIDICULOUS that I call first thing in the morning for a child crying with ear pain and he can't even be seen because you're already booked! Happens every time I call too. Done. Switching pediatricians.
I was late 10 minutes to an appointment that they picked for me at 7am and they refused to see my child. I have waited 3 months for a well check appointment just to be sent back home because of 10 minutes. I have been going to them for 16 years and they couldn't make an exception, my child is behind on 2 well checks and they truly don't care. This is the worst pediatric office, if u care for your child's health I recommend u reconsider going here.
