It is 8:30am. The ONLY appointment available for a sick child is 2:40p. Unfortunately, that does not work because I have another child to pick up at 3pm. Out of 5 doctors, you cannot open up a spot to see a sick child??? What good is having a pediatrician if your sick child has to wait an additional day? Thank goodness for the local urgent care clinics. That seems to be who we end up most of the time because they can see us anytime. The staff and doctors here are very nice, when you can get in to see them.

We've been taking my kids there since birth and these doctors are outstanding. I also think Dr. Fasci is outstanding, although she recently departed for another opportunity. Regardless, her replacement was great in our first visit with her. Highly recommended if you're near the Oak Hill or Circle C area.

In the past year I have finally come to my senses regarding my daughter's pediatrician--she is too far north. It really doesn't work to drive from Buda to Parmer and MoPac every time the kid gets sick. So we had to find a new pediatrician. I found SW Pediatrics online and they take her insurance. We've been going to see Dr. Fasci since the beginning of the summer--trying to cure a pesky cough. The nurses are all very nice, Dr. Fasci is great with the girl. Our experience at Southwest Pediatric Associates was extremely disappointing. Families deserve providers who take medical history seriously and who prioritize continuity of care, especially for young children. If you want individualized and medically competent care, this is NOT the place.

There are great care providers working here, however, they have a policy of requiring/dictating care to parents instead of recommending care solutions.

My son had a wellness checkup and he received two immunizations. The provider office billed the insurance company for $1280 for two immunizations with all insurance contracted discount then we ended up still owe the clinic several hundred dollars. That was an excessive charge for two kid's immunization therefore I would not go back anymore even we love our physician and had great experience.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Our doctor left their clinic, and they wanna charge us for Immunization request because they can see we aren't their patient any more and they don't have the proper consents to email it to us. 0 star easily

So I called back to tell this office I now needed a referral since they won't return my calls and my baby has now developed a nasal infection. They claimed that they haven't received my messages and they changed phone services. The doctor told me she wouldn't be able to send the referral bc she needed to see my baby. Why would anyone want to go to the clinic that could have possibly prevented this in the first place? If you're looking for a job here... RUN!!!! They do not care for their employees. They will over work you & will be little you if you ask for a raise. Management? horrible. Your lead MA? horrible. They expect the most from you but cannot do the same in return. Always understaffed and management/doctors will put loads of work on you that is not your job but won't even consider giving you more $ THEY TRY DELETING MY REVIEW CAUSE ITS TRUE!!
