Dr Vaishalee Patil is amazing. She answers all our questions with great patience. All of my daughter well checks and sick visits have been smooth and informative. She is very caring & gentle to my daughter. We will miss her as we are moving out of Austin. Highly recommend Dr Patil.
We love this practice. Dr. Patil is lovely. She's warm, smart, and wonderful with kids. All of the docs here are terrific. I'm very happy with the care my kiddos have received here.
I'm incredibly picky when it comes to trusting someone with my children. My daughter saw a large handful of doctors in her first years before I finally found Southwest Pediatrics. We see Dr. Patil, and she's amazing. My daughter loves her (my son to be decided since he's a newborn :P) and she's very kind and knowledgeable. Hard to schedule appointments and I was bounced around to various doctors because of lack of availability and my doctor constantly being out. Dr. Wagner was great but they just started the no alternate shot schedule so we switched to Bee Cave Pedi and love it.
I love Dr Patil beyond words, just the staff makes me crazy
We love Dr Wagner! He has gotten us through 2 1/2 years of a child with chronic ear problems... and now has gotten us through 6 months of a newborn with acid reflux. He's watched me cry and made me laugh. He knows me, my husband and our children and our little quirks. I haven't had any problems with the staff or setting appointments, so I am not sure why there are bad reviews on the staff. Highly recommend!
I LOVE this office! If you are having an issue with your child they try to get you in ASAP. My kids saw Dr. Fyda. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. I remember right when baby #2 was born, I had maybe gotten 30 minutes of sleep and was very discouraged trying to breastfeed. She reassured me, showed me different techniques, and encouraged me to keep trying. I LOVE this clinic. The staff is wonderful. Dr.Fyda hung the moon as far as I am concerned. Bryan is a sweetheart and my daughters adore him. Every time I have called in the staff has always been super sweet. WONDERFUL!!!!!
We absolutely loved Southwest Pedi and Dr. Wagner. We were so upset when we had to leave because of a change in insurance. The staff is super nice and Dr. Wagner is absolutely wonderful. Our son saw him starting at 2 days old...and let's just say our precious baby boy wasn't one of those "easy babies" people tell tale of. Dr. Wagner was always so patient and knowledgeable and is a great balance between professional doctor and genuine down-to-earth guy.
