Initially I reached out to 3 property managers. Specialized was the one who responded immediately. I was new to the rental property business and they walked me through step by step. Anytime I have had a question, I have received an answer the same business day. My statements and all pertinent information is emailed to me on a monthly basis, more often if it is something out of the ordinary. i would highly recommend Specialized Real Property Management.

Specialized Real Property Management has been a wonderful company to work with. I have had my property with them for 6 years now with long term tenants. They stay on top of my property with inspections and pictures (optional) which I highly like and recommend! Specialized Real Property Management has a professional staff that are very accommodating and helpful, easy to work with! I have satisfaction knowing my property is being well taken care of by Specialized Real Property Management! Thank you SRPM.....

We have a single family and are renting through one of the duplexes being managed by Specialized Real Property Management. They have been very professional, aiding us in a virtually stress-less move in process. We've had no issues as of yet and they've been very responsive in answering many of our concerns. Overall a good experience. Finding the perfect rental can always be a pain, especially during the holiday season. Good company, helped out a lot.
