During our move from Germany to Fort Worth, Specialized was there offering their help and patience processing our paperwork for our new rental, answering any and all questions we had and resolving issues that arose.

We moved into a property managed by SPM 4 days back. I would never recommend anybody to make this mistake of working with them. When we moved in we were not provided basic information that all tenants should be given- No information as to where the mail box keys would be, trash rules, HOA contact information. We had to struggle to obtain all answers ourselves. We asked about the pool code and they said will ask HOA..till today we haven't heard from them. I feel as though this company is a scam. I found a rental home of theirs listed on several different websites that I really liked and was ready to put a deposit on after doing a self tour so I contacted the agent and it went all downhill from there. The lady who was "assisting" me had 3 different emails, 2 different texting numbers and 1 separate telephone number she contacted me with. 6 different methods of contact is extremely hard to keep up with especially when in certain emails she'd send me a high importance email but ... read more

One call to Jon B***** and we had resolutions to all our issues. The Tenant portal at SRPM is easy to use. The contractors came to the property quickly. Looking forward to a positive rental experience for the remainder of our lease.

I do not care for the maintenance request process. If calling, a non-local operator takes the call, and it may or may not be translated properly, as it's typed, then posted on the website which is helps to head off a faulty representation of the issue. Then if the issue is not resolved, and the tenant "edits" the post, as I did. No follow up to that edit is done, if the issue is not resolved in the 1st visit by a technician - another call to the hotline, or maintenance request online is required. Worst unethical company ever do not ever deal with them. My ac has not been working right for over a month due to the fact the company they sent out changed my motor which took them 2 weeks to do and then my pipes inside my ac unit were white when they left they were black and my house was hotter than before. When I called the company I was screamed at and told me that they do not care if me or my son are hot then be hot then.
