Deceitful Practice End of lease purchase for 95 year old mother. Told we would not be upside down in loan when car turned in. Returned 5 months later and cost nearly $5000. Deceitful employee negotiating. Employee no longer there. Dealership would not honor employee's commitment. Be very careful. Cannot trust what they say.

Deceitful I was in the middle of being financed I had to leave to take friend to work, they told me they would call me later then i never heard back so I contacted them only to find out they had sold the same vehicle to someone else! Who does that?! Altho friendly I find it in poor taste to do that to someone who spent a couple of hours there and was ready to buy.

Arrogant and not customer friendly at all I was in the market for a new car. I contacted them via the internet to get a price. All I got was them trying to force me to buy the old fashioned way. They wouldn't give me a price. They insisted I come into the dealership. They just asked what prices I had gotten and they would try to beat that price. I tried several times and finally gave up. If it's this hard to get a price, is this really someone you want to deal with? How are they going to treat you later when you have a probl... read more

HORRIBLE dealership buyer beware My buying experience was good... until my 2013 had about 4,000 miles... my car randomly wont start then after several tries would finally start up, my husband was late to work over this several times (mazda could care less), id take it in and they could never.duplicate the problem. Finally it broke completely and had to be towed in (husband late to work again) they had our car almost two weeks, willie said its in his hands it will get fixed. The cars gauge cluster went out which is what was c... read more

Twice they've lost my business Last January I was in the market for a leftover 2013 Mazda3 for my college daughter, Cory Fairbanks Mazda had a big inventory but their price would not push me to do the drive down to Orlando until I talked to Classic Mazda and end up purchasing one of theirs. This past week (6-23 to 6-29-14) I was again in the market for another Mazda, this time a CX9. Contacted Cory Fairbanks via their internet Dept. and within a few hours got communication via e-mail from David Fant. For some reason he kept ... read more

Avoid, unless you like overpaying I came to this deal a few weeks back looking to test drive a new Mazda. Mr. Mantia took me on test drive despite the usual awkward car dealer/customer relationship, I liked him well enough. The problem with Fairbanks Mazda is they guarantee you this "lifetime warranty" which you're supposed to feel excited and secure about. The bottom line is you don't need this, folks. Now some of you may disagree, and if that means you're willing to spent over a $1000 more on a car than you have to, that i... read more

Don't lie to me! I came in with the intention of trading in my car and purchasing a new Mazda 6. The initial sales person was very nice and informative. After I decided I wanted to "make a deal" the manager took over from there with the typical speech about how they are a big volume dealer and I wouldn't get a better price anywhere else. After I told the manager that I was quoted $3,000 under MSRP, he went on a crazy discussion of how he pays only $1,500 under MSRP (invoice amount) and could not match the price. He told me t... read more

Cory Fairbanks fully represents the worst of car sales stereotypes. I went in to check out the mazda 6 because it's the closest dealership to my house. The sales manager (tall, overweight black guy named Jon) immediately put the pressure on to "make a deal", but when I asked for an actual price on the exact vehicle I wanted he completely refused. The standard procedure here is to add a bunch of extras on top of the MSRP like nitrogen-filled tires and pin-striping and mark it up $2000. They'll repeatedly tell you they sell mo... read more

I went into Cory Fairbanks Mazda, with the intentions of trading in my 2012 for a 2013 Mazda 3. Once the financing went through and I was satisfied with my purchase I was on my way.... Only to receive a call from Michael D Rea (Finance Manager) saying that "he needed me to come into sig a few more things to complete the deal" So I made an appointment to go in and handle the paperwork, come to find out the financing was never approved and that they needed another 2K for anything to happen. I did not have the funds at this tim... read more
