Worst dealer ever i went to trade in my car and after 2 days of finding a car tney gave me a mazda 3 i signed the paper and everything and after a week they call me back saying that the bank didnt approve me and that i had to give the car back and on top of that they didnt wanna give me my down payment i had to go and conplaint a couple time for them to give me my money back
problem after problem don't have their stuff together. Left message with manager never called back approved 2.1 percent received at 2.90 percent
I went to this dealership with my husband to purchase or lease a Mazda CX5. My experience with the sales person, the rest of the staff and getting the car was pleasant although I ended up with a payment that was more than what I wanted. I didn't appreciate the deceptive tricks they used to get me to (reluctantly) purchase. From hiding the MSRP sticker so I couldn't see the real price I should have been negotiating on, to walking away with my keys and registration so I'd feel like it was too late to say no, to making me fill out a "customer satisfaction" survey in the middle of the transaction instead of the end (despite my objections), to refusing to show me what my payments would be until I signed and locked in a price...it was an awful experience. I went to sell a vehicle to them in preparation to buy a New CX5. I was offered 1/4 the value of it unless I wanted to buy one now. I was offered double what they offered from other dealers but I thought I would give them another shot. I tried several years ago to work with them and was laughed off of the lot. Even after several years they have done nothing to improve their customer service. Never again will I go back there and i will go out of my way to dissuade anyone from going there.
Convince me to do lease he didn't discuss how much money left to buy the car v.bad experience came back next day to discuss the matter nothing happened got stuck with very expensive car if they let me know how much it costs i wouldn't buy the car won't recommend to others
Went in to check out a car on a Friday, that next day I received a notice that my credit was pulled from this awful dealership. Funny thing is, is that I wasn't even there for them to do that or gave them permission to do so. Bruce even told me that they will not run a credit report because we didn't have a deal on the table. I had first gone to Sport Mazda and They gave me excellent service, but I wanted to try another dealership Cory Fairbanks just to make sure I was getting a good deal! I had my brother call the dealership and their sales manager Mike informed my brother that they would be able to top the previous price I was given and that if ultimately I did not leave with the new White Mazda3 i Touring that I wanted I would get my tank filled. Being owner of three Mazdas all bought at Cory Fairbanks (under different ownership) I was caught by a surprise after my second visit to close the deal and after walking in the parking lot with my son in a sunny day for about 2 hours I asked again the price of the car and he confirmed that was the price this guy ask me to check my credit since the price was given to me he returned telling me that I was approved but when I looked the price was changed to almost U$ 3,000.00 more!
