The journey to find our mom a community to meet her needs stemming from Dementia was a journey I never thought we would be on. I walked into Pacifica at Spring Valley and was kindly greeted by [name removed]. She gave me all the info I needed to make an informed decision . The community is safe , full of activities and staff that truly cares. We have no regrets and my mom is happy, safe and well cared for .
My experience was wonderful, [name removed] answered all my questions. She was very helpful, and very welcoming.
[name removed] was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable and had great rapport with the residents. My wife and I feel very comfortable leaving my wife’s mother in Pacifica’s care.
My favorite thing about Pacifica Spring Valley is the staff. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, understanding, accommodating and kind. It’s really a beautifully kept facility. I have peace-of-mind knowing my parents are in good hands.
From the moment I first visited Pacifica Spring Valley, I was impressed! The skylights are beautiful and allow the residents to feel like they are outside even on a warm or rainy day. The staff are caring, compassionate, and full of energy. I was also lucky enough to speak with family members that are so thankful that their loved ones are living at this community. My sister, [name removed], recently became a resident of Pacifica Senior Living , Spring Valley. Her children were fortunate to find this facility and with the gracious help of [name removed], the transition was less emotionally wrenching. The facility is clean, bright and well designed to meet the needs of the residents. The staff are very helpful and understanding of the unique needs of the resident and the family of people with memory issues.
Pacifica Spring Valley is an awesome place for our Mom. Mom has been active and happy there. She says she met new friends. Mom said she loves it at Pacifica Spring Valley. I have to agree with Mom. Everyone is nice

This is a great place to live. Each one is nice and pleasant to talk with. Great surroundings. Food is "good", all the time.
