I would like to thank everyone at Pacifica for the great care she receives. The dignity and respect and always the genuine concern for her well being. When I walk in I am always greeted and I feel welcomed and warmth from the care givers and employees too.

My loved one seems to like the food. They offer activities but my loved one does not participate. They take care of my loved one very well. Overall, I would recommend to other families.

We try to encourage all residents to participate, but cannot get them all to join in. There are some activities that they like to do better than others, and we continue to encourage them to participate in different types of activities. The building is set up like a little town. Right when you walk in there are "streets" and then rooms are set up like little buildings. For example the snack room is called the snack shop. They also have a hair salon. It is a great set up! We liked that there were maybe 1 or 2 people who took care of mom instead of rotating staff every single day. Once I placed [name removed] in Pacifica Springs her health improved tremendously. When she left the hospital I was told she would never walk again and would be wheelchair dependent . After PSL set her up with a visit from the hospice providers she made incredible strides. They removed her from medicines she didn't need and was walking with a walker in 2 weeks. Unfortunately she passed away there but the care and attention they gave her was worth it! I am forever grateful for the help they gave us.
