I really liked Pacifica a lot. It had a lovely set up and it is strictly a memory care facility. The gal who showed us around was very nice and helpful. The reason we did not choose this facility was because they did not allow smoking here.
We are so grateful for the safe, happy, active environment that you folks provide for my mother-in-law! Thank you
The activities director [name removed] makes every day special for my mom and all her residents. She has an incredible spirit and energy for all!!
I work for hospice and have a PT here. Staff was helpful with answering my questions and directing me to the PT room. Very nice people.
Pacifica Senior Living Spring Valley fit the needs that we were looking for for my mother. I do think that the administrative staff could use improvement on communication and calling back. Overall everyone is very friendly though and I would recommend them to others looking.
The journey to find our mom a community to meet her needs stemming from Dementia was a journey I never thought we would be on. I walked into Pacifica at Spring Valley and was kindly greeted by [name removed]. She gave me all the info I needed to make an informed decision . The community is safe , full of activities and staff that truly cares. We have no regrets and my mom is happy, safe and well cared for .

My favorite thing about Pacifica Spring Valley is the staff. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, understanding, accommodating and kind. It’s really a beautifully kept facility. I have peace-of-mind knowing my parents are in good hands.
