They laugh at his jokes and make sure he is taken care of even if he is having a quiet & reserved day. They make sure he feels loved & included!

My [age removed] year old husband has been here for over a year. The facility is beautiful, always clean. The caregivers are wonderful. If I have issues they resolve them and always welcome feedback. [name removed], the activity coordinator is so good, so patient with the residents. I feel so blessed that I found this home for my husband.

We had an excellent tour at Pacifica Spring Valley. The staff there seemed far more competent and sophisticated than another Pacifica we toured at. But Spring Valley was also a higher level of placement and care, and our loved one's needs weren't at that memory care level just yet.
