An amazing place to have care! The staff is so caring and treat the residents with so much kindness and love! We are so happy with our choice to move my mother-in-law here! Thanks for all you do!
This facility is good overall. The staff is very friendly and engaging. They're also consistent, not a lot of turnover with staff here. That tells me they must like it here. Housekeeping is weekly and they do a good job. They do have a hairdresser, but she only works one day a week and it's hard to get an appointment. One suggestion I have is giving the family a direct contact name and phone# to speak with about concerns and updates. My dad was only there about a week. I was a little frustrated with medication. I didn't feel like the person over what he gets was great at communicating with us. We could only reach her assistant and were asked to only call the assistant. We were not part of the plan as to what he would be given and when. I feel like it could have been handled differently for a better outcome. My dad got kicked out because he was too aggressive. To us the Pacifica Senior Living Spring Valley community is just outstanding. What we really love about it is that not only does the staff care for our loved on, they care for all the other residents and even our family. We have not really been there when activities are going on but when we speak with [name removed] she tells us our loved one is participating. Based on our experience so far we would absolutely recommend Pacifica Senior Living to other families.
It was a very nice community. They were excellent. This was one of my top choices.

[Name removed] is amazing! So many staff members love my father. They truly know him; they know what he likes to do & eat, and joke around with him! They are so patient & kind. They laugh at his jokes and make sure he is taken care of even if he is having a quiet & reserved day. They make sure he feels loved & included!
I am doing the community service on behalf of [organization name removed]. This place is very clean and the staff are very pleasant, kind, and helpful. It's been very enjoyable ministering to the residents of this place - praise the Lord! I would recommend this place to any family who may need care for their loved ones or elderly!
