The food looks good and healthy. The activities were extraordinary. The value is great compared to other places. We picked this community because when we toured it, they were very friendly, gracious, it was clean, there was no smell and the residents were well taken care of. The care received was amazing. They were attentive, kind, compassionate, and I have nothing negative to say. I would highly recommend. It's an amazing facility.

This facility is good overall. The staff is very friendly and engaging. They're also consistent, not a lot of turnover with staff here. That tells me they must like it here. Housekeeping is weekly and they do a good job. They do have a hairdresser, but she only works one day a week and it's hard to get an appointment. One suggestion I have is giving the family a direct contact name and phone# to speak with about concerns and updates. My dad was only there about a week. I was a little frustrated with medication. I didn't feel like the person over what he gets was great at communicating with us. We could only reach her assistant and were asked to only call the assistant. We were not part of the plan as to what he would be given and when. I feel like it could have been handled differently for a better outcome. My dad got kicked out because he was too aggressive. To us the Pacifica Senior Living Spring Valley community is just outstanding. What we really love about it is that not only does the staff care for our loved on, they care for all the other residents and even our family. We have not really been there when activities are going on but when we speak with [name removed] she tells us our loved one is participating. Based on our experience so far we would absolutely recommend Pacifica Senior Living to other families.
It was a very nice community. They were excellent. This was one of my top choices.
