Absolute 5-Star service as advertised. From the inspection, to the presentation, to the install itself Stellar handled things much more thoroughly than any other contractor I’ve worked with. They were not my cheapest quote but they by far seemed like the best and they absolutely proved it both during and after the install. Stellar Roofing was amazing! From Shayne in sales taking 2 hours to look at my roof & attic crawl space where I had the leak and explain the issues & what could be done to Lorraine in customer service to the crew who showed up on time & was super efficient & respectful of my property to Steve the project manager who did the final inspection, everyone was professional, kind, and fun to work with!! Did a great, professional job. A real tight organization. They were very responsive when we had a small issue with some aesthetic feature on a small area, which they fixed very promptly and satisfactory. The materials they used were much superior to those of thier competitors. Also, thier work crew was super hard working and professional.
They were amazing and helpful navigating my insurance for wind damage. The roof looks great and they did a great job with clean up.
I thought I was going to have to replace my roof myself but the Stellar crew walked me through an insurance claim and got my roof covered. They arrived at 7:15am and worked all day until nearly 7pm. The roof looks great!
Great work, great roof. Not only was the job booked in less than a week the actual roof looks spectacular. They also took down the old antenna which made everything look that much nicer. Then fixed up around the chimney where the last roofing company made a mess of it. It looks so much nicer. Then cleaned up ever scrap and nail in the yard and driveway to the point where you couldn’t even tell anyone was here. Great customer service and excellent quality materials. Stellar Roofing sells a great product and installs with very efficient crews. They do quality work and do a fabulous job of cleaning up.
Great experience from beginning to end. Very professional team. Roof installed , new gutters soon. Contact from the company was wonderful, they kept me informed as to any changes. Price was very reasonable. Roof looks great!!!
