Everyone at Stellar Roofing was professional, courteous & knowledgeable. They had my project completed when promised & was communicative. The project manager even texted me photos of their progress until completion and even followed up after the project was finished.

We are very pleased with Stellar services. They just did the siding of our house in the middle of a winter storm. We never thought this could be possible. But ****** crew are our heroes. ******* our project manager is the best. He guided us thruoght the process.They worked under temperatures below zero. Quick and fast. Great job. We had to wait for our materials, but it worth it. Love our house. Highly recommended! Great work and quality!! Best siding!!

TLDR: - Cost competitive - Efficient work - Asymmetric sales to close-out (in the wrong way) - Minor construction debris left behind - Waiting on promised gutters after a month We had Stellar do a due ***lacement of our existing roof. They did a thorough discussion up-front about the condition of our roof, but were eager to get us to sign on the dotted line. Stellar Roofing did an amazing job. From the roof, insulation and gutters. Everything was done quickly, efficiently and clean. The project manager Cisco communicated the whole time. He kept us posted through pictures, on the progress of the project. The foreman Gilberto was excellent. His crew worked well together like a well oiled machine. In each of their areas of expertise. They had the roof finished and cleaned up before 5PM. Wow I would highly recommend Stellar Roofing to anyone.
We had several estimates for a new roof, and while they were all in the ballpark price-wise, Stellar provided a much more thorough inspection and provided various payment options. Once we agreed on a contract, the job was scheduled within two weeks and the crews got the entire job done in one day (on our rather large and complex roof). The crews were efficient and did a great job protecting our yard and cleaning up. The roof looks great. Highly recommend their services.
Great job on the roof my wife and I are very happy with the final results and the hard work of the men and women working. Only downside was lack of communication There was an languag barrier of the workers and us when asking a simple question. Project manger needed to be at a different locations, we were told call him if there was issue but if he was not on site how would he know what we were talking about. Someone on site should have been left to deal with issues to speak to. If there was were did not know who it was.
We selected STELLAR for our hail damage repair/replace project here in Victor NY, and we couldn't be more pleased. The project included a complete new roof, siding and gutter replacement. STELLAR provided a project manager for each of the phases of the project that kept us updated all the way thru the project.
