Stellar Roofing is excellent! It all started with Isaac, the sales representative who came to my house. He was through and honest about the needed work and cost. They offer a 20 year guarantee and will come and do any repairs at no cost. I strongly doubt that will happen though. because they use only use top grade materials. We recently hired Steller to do a complete tear off and new gutters and couldn’t be happier! James was professional yet personable for the quote. We recently chose to work with Stellar for a complete replacement of our roof. Brandon was the sales person we worked with. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to understand what we needed done, and he worked to make sure those needs got met. I have received multiple quotes for a full tear off and replacement. It was not the cheapest quote I received. But what sold me was the costumer service. I met with James in sales who took his time explaining and answering any questions I had. He was very personable. After a few days I received a call from scheduling who stated my instal would be that following week and materials delivered a few days before. The day of instal. We were very pleased with the entire process. The initial consultation through the install and clean-up was very professional and thorough. The final results (new roof and gutters) were great. A very hard working crew! Total tear-off and replacement (including most of the plywood underlayment) of shingles completed in 1 day (including an immaculate clean-up!). The replacement gutter crew arrived a few days later, again completed in (less than) 1 day.

We were pleased with the work on our garage and basement entry. The garage was old and the rafters too wide for code, so added additional rafters between and strengthened the front above the door. We wanted to reclaim any original redwood plank roof decking (104 yrs old) still in good condition, so they willingly organized everything in one space so we could remove nails and trim it out later. I just had Stellar Roofing of Rochester, NY, do a tear-off and roof replacement on my house and I must say they picked the right name for their business, they did a stellar job and I'm getting lots of compliments on the job they did. The crew was outstanding and did the job in 1 day and I highly recommend them if you need a new roof or any type of roof repair.
